We follow a structured internal process to address every formal complaint:

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days.

  2. Investigation: The Editorial Desk will review the content and consult the relevant writers or editors. We aim to complete our investigation within 7-10 working days.

  3. Outcome: Once the review is complete, we will contact you with our findings. This may include:

    • A formal correction or clarification in the article.

    • An explanation as to why the reporting stands as published.

    • A summary of actions taken if the complaint involved journalist conduct.

4. Appeals

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from our editorial team, you may request an Executive Review. This review will be conducted by senior management who were not involved in the original reporting or the first investigation.

5. External Redressal

If the matter remains unresolved and relates to legal or regulatory issues, you have the right to seek external redressal through the appropriate legal channels or the Press Council, in accordance with the laws of India.
